Your new company
Our client have recently merged to form their new organisation, its a truly exciting time to join the organisation as they embark on a transformation journey to support the scale up of the organisation over the next 3-5 years. This opportunity can be home based, or can be based in your nearest office site under a hybrid model, there will be travel to the 3 sites across the UK so you will need to have a full UK driving licence to attend sites.

Your new role
The role of Culture Manager is a key hire for the HR & Transformation function, you will lead the mission of bringing to life the Culture strategy, developing a clear and measurable programme which embeds culture, promotes the right behaviours, aligns with the wider ED&I strategy and helps the organisation establish their new identity. You will work from Exec level, throughout the entire width and depth of the organisation, so excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. Your immediate colleagues sit within OD, L&D and Change.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to speak to true culture specialists who have a strong portfolio of leading culture establishment and culture improvement delivery into large organisations. It would be a huge advantage if you have worked in a highly regulated industry and worked with a technical workforce. Part of our assessment criteria will be to explore your experience of leading culture change at an org wide level.
