Permanent HR BP, Milton Keynes or Northants based, £40,000-£45,000

An excellent opportunity for a permanent HR BP, within a global, leading organisation of their industry, who value personal growth and development and offer work life balance. Hybrid working, 2 days office based in Milton Keynes or Northamptonshire and 3 days home based.
Your new role
As an HR BP you will be part of a busy, fast-paced HR team, you will be partnering the Directors and Senior Managers.
Duties will include:
Supporting managers with succession planning and training needs analysis
Implementing plans to drive the business forwards off the back of employee engagement surveys
Supporting with the salary and bonus review process and salary benchmarking
Supporting with the mentoring programme
Supporting with any employee engagement and well-being initiatives
Managing any complex ER cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You will either have experience as an experienced HR BP or you will have experience as a Senior HR Advisor who is looking to step up into an HR BP role and may be has some experience supporting with succession planning or employee engagement or well-being initiatives. Ideally you will be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
