You will report directly into the Head of HR in London and support with a wide range of generalist duties with a very hands on approach. The headcount in London is around 150, but you will be providing global HR support to offices across Europe.

As a HR Manager, some of your duties will include:
- Review and audit existing HR policies in line with legislation
- Support with the opening of two new offices from a HR perspective
-Create and drive employee engagement initiatives across the business
-Working with senior managers on people performance projects
The successful candidate MUST have 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally within Financial Services. You must have had wide exposure in your HR career and be ready to take the next step.
You must be happy to come in the office 5 days a week (there could be some flexibility around this later on). The core hours are 8-6pm.
