HR ASSISTANT - PERM - 27.5K - CHESTER

My client is leading in their market with growth plans, they believe in progression and are people focused. They are recruiting for a HR Assistant to support the HR team on all HR generalist matters.
Your new role
Duties will include but not limited to, providing HR support, working closely with the HR team in delivering an efficient HR service. To be the main point of contact to all stakeholders and escalate queries to the correct member of the team. Monitor all ER data to ensure accuracy on company policy and the relevant paperwork is submitted process and making sure you adhere to the GDPR policies. Minute taking in all disciplinary, grievance and absence meetings. Assist with the recruitment needs and onboarding process. You will be responsible for compiling the correspondents for the life cycle of employees, including leavers, probation and salary reviews. Assist with the L&D and the induction. You will be an integral part of the HR team.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a great opportunity for a CIPD L3 that is looking to progress in the human resources sector. You will have had some experience as a HR Assistant and has good Knowledge of employment law and employee relations. A confident, dynamic and people focused with a 'can do' attitude. Excellent communication skills with an empathetic and compassionate side in difficult situations. Proficient in Microsoft office packages, excel, word and bespoke software packages. Full driving licence and vehicle as the site is not accessible on public transport.
