A leading global cybersecurity business.

Reporting to the HR Director, and supporting your own sales client group largely based in Germany, you will operate as an HR Business Partner for a 6-9 month period. You will partner with the business to ensure that HR strategy supports business objectives as well as manage annual cyclical HR processes.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate where they have operated as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting a client group in Germany. You will be fluent in German and be able to conduct business meetings in German. It is essential that you have excellent stakeholder management and are able to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 6-9 month FTC. Remotely based in the UK.
