Recruitment Specialist (6 months ftc) - Enfield - £35-42k pro rata
Our client is a commercial organisation that is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join them for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will provide an effective and proactive support to managers throughout the recruitment process ensuring that vacancies re filled in a timely manner.
- Answer recruitment related queries
- Liaise with recruiting managers when a recruitment request is approved
- Draft and place adverts for job platforms
- Monitor the cv inbox and process applications
- Filter/screen cv's/applications
- Arrange interviews, conduct initial screen
- Ad-hoc administration
You will need to be a 360 recruiter with proven experience, ideally experience of LinkedIn and other methods of recruiting as well as a passion for what you do.
