RECRUITER - 30 - 35k - LIVERPOOL - FTC 6 - 9 Months

Your new company
My client is looking for an experienced recruiter on an FTC 6 - 9 months contract, to join their team and help support with their new recruitment demands. They are people focused and have strong beliefs in ED&I and progression, due to this great culture their company is growing, and they would like a skilled recruiter to join them.

Your new role
You will have proven experience of hiring a range of roles from varied backgrounds and ensuring the client attracts hires and retains the best colleagues, whilst growing strong diverse talent pipeline. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with the implementation of the overall recruiting strategy. Source and attract diverse candidates by using databases, job boards and social media platforms. Screen candidates CVs and applications, organisation of interview and occasionally events. Onboarding new employees by arranging a full HR induction, provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports, build influential candidate relationships and promote the great brand.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a HR background, proven work as a recruiter either inhouse or staffing. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written. Rapport building should be second nature and a strong belief in customer service. Time management and organisation skills will be essential.
