Interim opportunity for 3 months to support the team whilst they recruit a permanent appointment

Description
This position will report to the EMEA Talent Development Lead and will also have a dotted reporting line to the Talent Development Operations Manager.
The position will be responsible for EMEA Coordination and project management activities that go into executing Talent Development courses, webinars and global and regional programs.
As part of a team this role, supported by the Talent Development lead and the Senior Manager will create and deliver training courses. This will include the design, facilitation, delivery, and evaluation of training interventions in the blended learning curriculum but not limited to, those targeting new hires and junior level staff.
This role will also lead on learning program logistics while collecting and analysing data for the talent development program evaluations.
Profile
- Professional services experience ideal but not essential
- 2 years experience minimum in a learning and development role
- Experience in onboarding and induction programmes
Job Offer
Immediate start
3 month with possibility to extend
£200-250 per day PAYE (including holiday pay) dependant on experience
Flexible working (2/3 days in the office)
