A unique opportunity to join a small but growing HR team and be part of a newly launch business within a globally recognised leader within its field.
Reporting to the Head of HR, as an HR Business Partner you will be expected to work in partnership to deliver the company's People Plan and business plan. You will make a significant HR delivery contribution to the business that puts colleagues firmly on the agenda at the centre decision making. The role will drive results and impact the bottom-line through strategic partnering and hands-on delivery.
What is essential for this opportunity is a willingness to 'muck in'. It is a varied role, and with it being at the start of its journey there is lots to do both strategically and operationally.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to support managers, coach and facilitate, drive forward (alongside the Head of HR) policy and strategy as well as have a knowledge or industrial and employee relations. You will also get the opportunity to work on and lead various HR projects.
A background of working within a trade unionised industry, or very similar, is a real advantage.

Experienced in coaching managers
Experience of working as either an HR Business Partner or HR Manager is essential.
Strong understanding of HR strategy, polies, and practice, (reward, performance management, development, ER, engagement, talent etc.)
