Ashley Kate HR are partnering with fast growing company in the Northwich area, as they recruit for a Brand new HR Manager to join them. This business have grown substantially in the last year and now need a full time HR Manager to join them to grow them further! Our client are a small business, with a passion for their products! The role will be based at their Northwich office with some flexibility to work from home.
The HR Manager will be responsible for the overall HR and administration function for the business. You will manage a small team and develop processes, manage and provide reports on key HR and H&S data, manage appraisal systems, review and develop policies, the role will involve the full end to end cycle from recruitment, to induction programmes and coaching & mentoring, and ER cases.
HR Manager - About you
·Proven background working at a HR Manager or Generalist Advisor level
·CIPD qualified or working towards
·Strong UK Employment Law Knowledge
·Previous experience in developing a HR function is ideal
·Exceptional at building relationships, communication & excellent leadership skills
·Prior involvement in influencing executive & senior managers
