Location: North West /Remote Working
Salary: £30,000 + Extensive list of Benefits

Currently seeking an Colleague Engagement & Events Executive to join the growing Communications and Engagement team, this is the perfect time to join the business as they commence on an exciting new chapter in their company journey.

As Colleague Engagement & Events Executive you will be supporting on a packed engagement strategy and agenda and so suitable candidates will possess a strong events background in addition to experience in employee engagement and first class project management skills.

Key responsibilities include;

*To assist in leading on the delivery of the company-wide colleague engagement plan, in support of HR strategy and wider strategic plans
*Support the colleague engagement approach, initiatives, activities, projects and events, to drive and enhance engagement across the business
*Coordinate measurement and monitoring of impact and effectiveness of colleague engagement activities
*Drive the requirements around Events including SLT and team events ensuring that events are delivered in an engaging and interactive way and drives participation and value-add

Skills & Experience required;

*Extensive experience of events planning, colleague/stakeholder engagement and experience management
*Good planning, design and delivery abilities
*Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and good design flair
*Extensive experience of coordinating communication campaigns and delivering events
*Excellent working knowledge of the communication landscape, methodologies and technologies

This role reports into the Communications and Engagement Manager who has an outstanding reputation for coaching, mentoring and developing people.

Requirement to be onsite in Lancashire 2-3 days a week with the remainder of the week being worked from home.
