My client is based only 20 minutes from Chester is looking for a HR Advisor support their team and work closely with the HR BP.

Your new role
Your duties will include but not limited to, providing sound advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR related policies and procedures. Supporting managers with 360 recruitment, annual leave calculations for new starters, changes to terms and conditions and leavers. Supporting colleagues with maternity, paternity, absence, grievance, investigations and long term sickness. Work closely with the HR Business partner in organisational change processes within directorate/service area. Maintain up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice to ensure compliance with all statutory and legal obligations. Manage continuing personal development to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Responsible for ensuring an excellent standard of both verbal and written communication
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIDP L5 or already studying for your L5 and have C or above in English and Maths. You will have a passion for all things HR and have experience as a HR Advisor or a Senior HR Administrator. You will have the confidence to advise senior stakeholders and the personality to be the main point of contact across the business and experience in high volume 360 recruitment.
