With the development of two brand new divisions, this firm are recruiting for multiple Director and Senior Management Recruiters to lead the recruitment of senior hires. Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting hiring plans by filling open requisitions with talented and qualified candidates.
- Leading the full end-to-end recruiting life cycle completing at the offer process.
- Proactively ensure that the business engages with Director and Senior Manger candidates - so that the business has access to the right people, for the right roles at the right time.
- Drive the candidate assessment process and ensure adequate provisioning of support to candidates and hiring partners.

What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies.
- Experience leading on direct sourcing solutions, ideally within a large scale organisation.
- Be able to understand hiring manager's needs and maintain a pool of excellent talent.
