Director and Senior Manager Recruiter

International leading consultancy firm, who have recently undergone a whole HR and Recruitment Transformation. With the development of two brand new divisions, this firm are recruiting for multiple Director and Senior Management Recruiters to lead the recruitment of senior hires. Key responsibilities include:

• Meeting hiring plans by filling open requisitions with talented and qualified candidates.
• Leading the full end-to-end recruiting life cycle completing at the offer process.
• Proactively ensure that the business engages with Director and Senior Manger candidates - so that the business has access to the right people, for the right roles at the right time.
• Drive the candidate assessment process and ensure adequate provisioning of support to candidates and hiring partners.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies.
• Experience leading on direct sourcing solutions, ideally within a large scale organisation.
  
• Be able to understand hiring manager's needs and maintain a pool of excellent talent.
