Page Personnel HR are recruiting for a well-established company within private education who operate on a global scale. They are currently seeking a HR Coordinator to join their expanding HR team in Cheadle. The role is offering CIPD funding and lots of development opportunities.

Our client are a well-established company within private education who operate on a global scale. They are currently seeking a HR Coordinator to join their expanding HR team in Cheadle. The role is offering CIPD funding and lots of development opportunities.

Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Coordinator are but not limited to:

  • Supporting the recruitment process, ensuring all employment checks have been completed
  • Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity
  • Updating and maintaining HR databases
  • Producing performance reports
  • Handling employee and manager queries
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are followed
  • Assisting/managing with projects
  • Day to day administrative tasks
  • Reporting into Head of HR
  • Liaising and supporting different offices
  • Contracts and ad hoc report generation

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Previous experience or understanding within HR

  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • CIPD (desirable)

  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
