Ashley Kate HR & Finance are currently working with a leading client to support in their search for a Temporary HR Systems Specialist on a 3 Month basis based at their head office in Lichfield. This is a successful business with a number of sites in the UK, who are currently growing their team during an exciting period of change!

Temporary HR Systems Specialist
Full time, Permanent - 37.5hours a week
Up to £33,000 DOE

This role will be working closely with the wider HR team and reporting into the Head of HR and will include supporting the HR function in some advisory duties as well as managing the implementation of a new HR system - Iris Cascade!

With a high workload, this person needs to be able to work at pace, prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines. This business will ideally need someone with a proven systems and HR Advisor background within a challenging environment.
