Regional HR Advisor - 12 month FTC
Salary - £35-40k dependant on skills, knowledge, and experience
 
Are you a strong HR and ER professional, looking for your next contract role to work as part of a global business?
Do you enjoy travel?
This role will be ideal for someone immediately available to start work, has the confidence to work autonomously and can hit the ground running with minimal support.  
 
The role will cover a number of sites in the North - Predominantly Wakefield, with travel to Burnley, Speke and Blackburn. Working from home, or from your nearest site, wth travel to other sites when required. 
 
Duties include:
 
·Provide professional advice and guidance on disciplinary, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate
·Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management  
·Management of performance and absence tracking
·Recruitment and on boarding for your sites
·Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation
·Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action
 
·CIPD level 5 qualified.
·3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.
·Strong HR / ER background.
·Ability to prioritise.
·Accuracy.
·Strong accountability and drive to deliver.
·Coaching and facilitation skills.
·Good organisational skills and ability to act on own initiative.
·IT and analytical skills.
·Verbal / written communication skills.
·CIPD level 5 qualified.
·3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.
·Strong HR / ER background.

If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified, with strong experience in a previous HR role, then we want to hear from you! Experience within Healthcare, education or facilities management an advantage.
