Internal Recruiter job based in Leamington Spa
Your new company
You will be working for a large and well known company that is a household name. They are based in bright modern offices and have a strong work hard, play hard ethos. Due to continued growth they are looking at expanding their internal recruitment team
Your new role
You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to recruit key positions in the company. This would involve advertising the role, screening candidates and also doing searches for key positions. The role is very busy and would require you to juggle multiple roles in a candidate short market
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working within an internal recruitment role. Knowledge of Linkedin and other job boards are essential.
