An excellent opportunity for a Permanent HR and Office Manager within a busy, growing, commercial organisation in Bedfordshire.
Your new role
As an HR and Office Manager, this will suit someone who truly enjoys a varied, busy role covering both HR and office duties, you will report to the CEO and be responsible for starters, leavers, offer letters, contracts, changes, monitoring sickness absence, inducting new starters, managing the end-end recruitment and selection process, arranging H&S training and sitting in on H&S meetings to take notes and implement the agenda for H&S meetings, run HR reports and manage low level ER cases.
Office Management responsibilities:
Organisation of Christmas party and other company activities.
Ensure Company Cars adhere to annual MOT and Service requirements.
Book accommodation, flights, arrange travel where required.
Oversee petty cash for postage and other requirements.
Ensure the receipts for the monthly credit card are collated and forwarded to accounts.
Conduct project work on behalf of the CEO as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in both HR and office management.
