Offices in Milton Keynes- Hybrid model with 3 days in office
My client, a well-known British retail company, are in need of an HR Operations and Payroll Man-ager who can lead the current team in running the day-to-day HR and payroll functions. The candi-date will have a variety of duties including, but not limited to, overseeing the successful running of the monthly payroll, as well as ensuring the efficient issuing of new starter documentation.
To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must have:
* Experience of being an HR/Payroll manager
* Experience in working in a retail/FMCG environment
* Extensive training on HR/Payroll systems
* The ability to build effective relationships efficiently
* The motivation to take on many different duties at one time.
