Interim HR Change Partner | up to £55K | Hybrid | London

We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim HR Change Partner to join our client in London for 18 months.

Supporting the Finance function during a time of change, you will play an important role in helping them achieve some ambitious plans to grow their market share over the next two years.

About the role

  • Lead change management activities and develop a structured change methodology.
  • To create a strategy for supporting the adoption of change required by a project or initiative, a change management process and tools need to be applied.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Support with capacity planning for all operational changes to ensure adequate resource allocation.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks. 

About you

  • Proven track record in managing people change across various programmes and projects, including operational change.
  • Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders across a global business would be desirable.
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
