Oakleaf Partnership are currently supporting a leading global technology organisation with their search for a People Analytics Manager.
Reporting into the Director for People and Analytics you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Supporting the business with the development of the company's analytical capabilities
* Working on people data, identifying key trends, looking at predicting movements to help the business develop their strategy
* Working on a number of projects through the year
* Managing a team of Analysts / data scientists
We are looking for someone with a strong technical HR analytical background, who has a knowledge of coding and data visualisation tools. You must be comfortable working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
