Henlee Resourcing is working exclusively with a growing, multi-site SME based in London, to recruit their first HR Manager and future Head of HR!!
This successful organisation has recently undergone a MBO and the new CEO, together with her leadership team, are driving an ambitious growth plan over the next 5 years. Currently 60 FTE employee's and looking to double this by the end of 2023, they are now in a position to recruit a permanent, full time HR Manager, to help drive their exciting growth strategy.
You will have the autonomy and budget to build a modern HR function, from the ground up and, manage the day-to-day HR operations, whilst providing advice and guidance on; employee relations, training & development, recruitment, systems & reporting, engagement, and various people focused projects. As well as being a 'true' HR business partner to the senior leadership team.
Suitable applicants will possess solid HR generalist experience, gained within a similar fast paced SME environment, with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring new ideas and innovation.
You will be commercially astute, hands on, with a no job too small attitude and, flexible to meet the demands of the business.
They operate flexible remote working, with 1 day a week required in London (Stratford), plus occasional site visits to five other offices across the UK. Driving licence and your own car also required.
