Client Details

The client is in retail sector

Description

As HR Manager you will be responsible for;

  • End to end HR for 2 sites across the UK
  • ER casework, including disciplinaries, grievances etc
  • Maximise use of HR system
  • Work closely with wider group on HR strategy implementation
  • potential line management of a small team
  • Grow and develop HR team
  • Identify and implement initiatives around People and Culture, Recruitment, Retention, Reward, EDI etc
  • Project around Employee Engagement

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • CIPD qualified
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • ideally from Manufacturing/Retail or multi site environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
