TA Lead EMEA

Your new company
An international design solutions organisation are looking for a TA Lead for EMEA, circa 700 people. You will lead the company recruitment process across the EMEA region, reporting into the Global Senior Head of TA. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and manage the EMEA recruitment function, partnering closely with the EMEA hiring managers to craft hiring plans and execute strategic searches.
• Attract and engage top-talent by conducting full lifecycle, high-impact targeted talent acquisition processes including job specification development, drafting Job ads, applicant sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, evaluating, negotiating offers, and hiring in a manner that highlights our unique culture.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within a TA Management role with a global reach.
• Experience with managing full lifecycle talent acquisition process with an emphasis on efficiency and ensuring a successful applicant/candidate experience.
• Be an excellent communicator with great management skills.
