As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and supporting the client's learning goals to build and maintain a high performing workforce in line with its strategy. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships across the business to support the design and delivery of learning programs.
The client is medium sized Fin Tech firm with offices across the UK. The organisation is experiencing rapid growth and therefore are expanding their Learning and Development team across the business to supports the new hires into the business.
- Supporting the Senior Manager of the team to identify and track learning requirements
-Be a super-user of the Learning Management System, creating coursers and programmes
-Partner with external suppliers and manage the full learning experience cycle
-Regular MI reporting
-Collaborating with Talent Acquisition to design and plan on-boarding for new starters
Deliver the induction sessions for all new starters in London
The successful candidate must have at least 2.5 years of Learning and Development experience, ideally from Tech or Financially Services background.
High energy, strong communication skills and initiative are key for this role. You will be the London representative for the Learning and Development function so it is key that you are able to build and maintain strong relationships across the business.
