The HR Advisor will be involved in a Global project to implements a new HR information system.

Description

The Key responsibilities for the HR Advisor are to;

  • Be the main point of contact in the Workday project to validate design elements for our Core HR business processes.
  • Review and sign off off on behalf of the business, all business process that have been set out in the design session to ensure they will work for us once we have gone live into the business.
  • Review and sign off all Core HR user stories for testing.
  • Actively participate in the system testing phase to ensure the system is fit for purpose and ready to go live
  • Liaise with Reporting work stream to ensure that all alerts, reports and data capture meets business needs and compliance issues.
  • Build a strong working relationship with the other key work stream leads to ensure the whole system solution meets the needs of our business
  • At end daily calls with the global work stream leads and internal weekly reporting meetings to update on project status.

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have;

  • Experience of working in a multi-site business
  • Able to manipulate large data sets and communicate these effectively.
  • Strong communication with variety of global stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to carefully evaluate solutions to ensure they're fit for purpose.
  • Good knowledge of UK and ROI employment law, and ability to advocate for regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of Workday solution or experience of implementing

Job Offer

The HR Advisor will be offered;

  • Salary up to £32,000
  • Fully remote role
