HR Records Manager
Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are working with a client based in Northamptonshire on obtaining their next HR Records Manager. This is a permanent opportunity, and we are seeking an individual who has experience in records management or governance functions. It is essential that you have experience implementing records management in an organisation and recent experience of managing large stakeholders. In this role you will understand technology and data management within HR.
The role will cover all areas of record management, including reviewing policies, procedures and retention schedules. You will be required to lead all assessment and remediation activity. You will be required to provide expertise to ensure records management requirements are fully reflected in new product and systems development, outsourcing and data archiving.
Work closely with HR business teams to ensure they understand and document their records inventories, before ensuring compliance with the business standards for disposal and retention.Work with the application and record owners to ensure compliance Drive remediation where applications are not compliant
