  • Hybrid Working: 1 day per week in the office

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join an exciting hyper-growth business in the online education space. The organisation is truly global and has increased in population size from 40 to 2,000 people in the past 2 years. Technology and data is at the heart of the business and they will be implementing Workday in 2023. This is a newly created role reporting to the Head of HRIS & Analytics.

The HRIS Consultant responsibilities will include:

  • Prior to the Workday implementation, the role will be focused on supporting in the current HRIS - Bamboo HR
  • Support the day-to-day maintenance and governance of HR technology including the HRIS and ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Respond to system tickets raised and change requests in a timely manner
  • Perform system upgrades, testing, and configuration
  • Develop user manuals and provide user training on HR systems
  • Ensure the integrity of data governance and best practice
  • Work closely with the Head of HRIS & Analytics and other stakeholders across the business to develop solutions in line with business and end user needs
  • Support the Head of HRIS & Analytics in the implementation of Workday

What you must have:

  • Experience in a similar technical HRIS role
  • Workday experience very desirable
  • New system implementation experience very desirable
  • Confidence to partner with senior leaders across the business
  • Working knowledge of HR technology data governance and best practice
