  • Hybrid Working: 1 day per week in the office

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People Analytics professional to join an exciting hyper-growth business in the online education space. The organisation is truly global and has increased in population size from 40 to 2,000 people in the past 2 years. Technology and people data is at the heart of the business and they will be implementing Workday in 2023. This is a newly created role reporting to the Head of HRIS & Analytics.

The People Analytics Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the business and senior leaders across the globe to understand requirements and develop the people analytics function
  • Develop datasets, people analytics reporting and dashboards
  • Build HR reports and develop analytics on matters such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, diversity & inclusion, and compensation
  • Provide analysis and insight into HR reports and trends, presenting on occasion to senior leaders, recommending solutions and changes
  • Perform data manipulation, modelling, and visualisation
  • The organisation currently uses the Bamboo HR System and will be implementing Workday in 2023

What you must have:

  • Strong HR People Analytics experience within a global organisation
  • Workday reporting experience desirable
  • Confidence to partner with senior leaders across the business and provide insight into people analytics and data
  • Very strong excel skills
  • Experience using Tableau desirable
