This great initially temporary role based in Huntingdon is working with a great flexible and hybrid working organisation who are need of a HR Assistant with some prior recruitment, talent or HR experience

Client Details

This Huntingdon company operate in the Pharmaceuticals sector with their UK head office having great facilitates and a management team that breed collaborative working and needing someone flexible and able to be in the impressive offices on a hybrid/ flexible working basis


Key duties of this HR Assistant;

  • Managing the HR Administration
  • Supporting the HR Advisors and Business partners across a variety of tasks
  • Collating HR information and data such as starters, leavers, absences etc.
  • Supporting recrutiment and onbaording activities
  • Manage the accuracy of data from 4 systems into 1 using excel to collate and format into a usable format
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning HR Forms


HR Assistant experience and characteristics;

  • Prior HR administration experience and an continued interest in HR
  • Good Excel skills to take data/information from 4 systems into excel for ease of use of HR Managers
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confidence using MS Office
