EMEA Benefits Manager

Frazer Jones are partnering with a leading consultancy business based in the heart of London. This is a global business that even during the pandemic, have been experiencing impressive successful growth. They are looking to a hire a new EMEA Benefits Manager to join their benefits team of 3. This role is reporting to the Director of Benefits. This is a dynamic professional services firm that have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results across over 10 EMEA countries. They also have an impressive track record of developing skills and broadening the experience of their employees to provide career enhancing opportunities.

Working as the EMEA Benefits Manager, you will also have the support of a Benefits Advisor. With an EMEA remit you'll ensure the smooth running of their employee benefits offering which will include insurance, risk, flexible and wellbeing benefits. As well as this you'll contribute to projects as they aspire to enhance their benefits offering, improve awareness and deliver effective communications and collateral the employee population.

To be considered for this role it's essential you can evidence the ability to effectively engage with vendors and run renewal processes. You should come with EMEA benefits experience across insurance, risk and flexible benefits. It's also key that you have worked on benefits projects and it's a bonus if you have a passion for health and wellbeing initiatives. Ideally you will have team management experience, but they are happy to train someone up on this part of the role. This could be a great opportunity for an established Benefits Manager or Benefits Specialist looking to make a step up in their career. They will also consider candidates that have either in-house or consulting benefits experience (as long as the above conditions are still met).
