My client is a specialist lifesciences business with a proven model that is growing domestically and also across the US and Europe. They have projections to quadruple in size in the next 4 years having already seen massive growth over the last 3 years.
Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will run the recruitment function including liaising with agencies, building the employer brand and some direct sourcing.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be a proven Talent Acquisition professional that is comfortable taking the lead.
Job Offer
The role is pivotal for the company's growth so comes with an attractive salary of up to £60,000 plus bonus and good benefits. The role is initially for 12 months months but the business expects this to become a permanent hire.
