Your new company will be a mining and mineral processing company based in multiple areas around the country.

Your new role
Your role will be based near St Austell, Cornwall. In your role, you will be:

• Responsible for planning and arranging training events in line with the business requirements to ensure cost effective methods of delivery and high standards of provision.
• Promoting training and learning and development through creative and impactful communications.
• Drive and support a consistent training approach across the business.
• Attend group L&D network meetings and support the delivery of group L&D initiatives.
• Support the Talent and Admin Manager with supporting individuals and managers with the creation and implementation of individual development plans.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD Level 5
• Experience in learning and development, minimum of one year.
• Experience with on-boarding new hires an advantage.
• Experience with e-learning software tools an advantage.
