I am currently working with a leading professional services business who are leaders in the legal sector.
They are looking for a senior L&D Advisor to join their business, supporting the firm's learning and development function.
The successful candidate will join a wider learning and development team based in London, supporting on L&D initiatives and strategy across the business. The role will report to the L&D manager and support with the firm's Learning and Development strategy, understanding the varied needs across the firm and indeed their development programs, focusing on budget management, programme management, regulatory guidance and managig coaching assignments and deliver.
The role will see the successful candidate managing learning projects within the team, working collaboratively across the HR function, monitoring the engagement with and impact of learning on business performance and creating new ways to engage the business.
