People Operations Administrator
Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be supporting an international high tec, blockchain marketing consultancy in their hunt to find a People Operations Administrator to join their team.
Located in central London, the offices are attractive with great links to transport. The team encourages transparent and collaborative conversations, as well as the freedom to get creative on the path to achieving their goals.
Previous experience is not essential, however previous office experience in a professional setting is preferred. This role would be great for someone who is flexible, up for a challenge and enjoys a varied day-to-day structure.
Working closely with the People Operations team to ensure timely execution of requests Use research skills to pull together information, update presentations on wide ranging people matters Support employee onboarding by preparing contracts and agreements, help to oversee employee's integration into the company Support and assist in the development and documentation of company policies and procedures, communicating them to the wider team when required Documenting and developing user guides and training material
Assisting with year End comp communications to all employees Support Intern Contract management Supporting other operational activities as and when required.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Confident with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Previous experience working in an HR/People team (Preferable) Experience in research, interpretation and presenting data Problem solving and analytical abilities A genuine love of process
