As the HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in delivering the HR plan. The role reports into and works closely with the Director of HR, who is forward thinking, collaborative and supportive. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused HR Business Partner to gain exposure to all areas of HR and really make an impact.
The HR Business Partner will work at both an operational and strategic level, ensuring full alignment to the short, medium, and long-term business objectives. You will be supporting the leadership teams with all elements of people management activity. Building capability levels through effective training and development needs analysis. Supporting on Recruitment and Talent development.
Supporting, encouraging and demonstrating the organisations visions and values to ensure that they become embedded in the culture. Leading and managing HR Projects as required.
- CIPD Qualified to Level 5/7
- An HR generalist with significant experience of providing support to stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent working knowledge of employment law and managing complex employment cases
- Commercially focused
- Experience supporting recruitment an advantage
