Exciting opportunity to join our Bedford based client to join the HR team on a six month fixed term contract to deliver some key projects following a merger. You will report directly into the Head of HR and largely work independently to deliver the key projects such as the following:
- Delivery of a best practice recruitment process including Implementation of the new Applicant Tracking system, defined approach to social media, and use of linked in as an attraction and engagement tool
- Supporting the Head of HR in delivery of values lead recognition initiatives
- Sourcing and implementing a new translation platform or solution
- Work with the business to establish how to utilise elearning to deliver better understanding around cultural differences.
There is lots to deliver and the solutions have been pretty much identified – we are looking for an experience HR Project Manager to come on board and take over delivery. You will be fully supported as you take over the reins by the Head of HR and her team.
