My client is a well-regarded, commercially focused accountancy firm that have a global presence. The firm has seen dramatic growth in recent years and as a result are looking to invest in their skills set even further. Due to this growth the firm is now seeking to recruit an experienced recruiter on a permanent basis to join their dynamic team. The firm is located in Manchester City Centre and operate a hybrid way of working.

Your new job

In your new job as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of the journey for many of the organisation's new starters. You will be responsible for finding the best talent through detailed sourcing, advertising, clear communication, and nurturing. This is a pivotal role as it compasses full candidate management as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to fill the vacancies required. This role will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and be part of a team of like-minded recruiters and have the tools required to succeed. This role requires previous experience in a similar role doing the full end to end recruitment process. The successful candidate will be resilient, highly motivated and have excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask across several tasks.
