As the HR Manager you will have overall responsibility for the HR function and management of a team. Based in the Bristol office with hybrid working available.

Successful Distribution Company, based in Bristol.

Description

As the HR Manager you will have previous experience in leading a team. An excellent understanding of HR processes/procedures and employment law. Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels.

You will have overall responsibility for leading a dedicated HR advisory service to the population of managers, advising on everything from talent management to employee relations matters.

Profile

The right HR Manager for the role will ideally have:

  • CIPD qualification to Level 5 or above
  • Solid generalist experience, as HR Manager or Business Partner
  • Excellent employment law knowledge
  • Track record of end-to-end delivery of HR projects across a broad range of areas
  • Experience in policy document review and development
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Industry experience within construction or distribution an advantage

Job Offer

c£50k + Bonus & Great Benefits.

Based in the Bristol office with hybrid working available (2 days working from home)
