Oakleaf are partnered with an established and well-respected client within investment management, who are seeking a Graduate Recruitment and Training & Development Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month basis. This role is integral to the delivery of graduate recruitment as well as the ongoing training & development of analysts and interns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end to end graduate recruitment activities ensuring an excellent experience building relationships across all levels
  • Manage marketing strategy for the campus recruitment cycle including university and society partnerships
  • Organise recruitment events, campus fairs, managing bookings, sourcing event speakers
  • Coordinate end to end recruitment process from candidate engagement to feedback.
  • Screen CVs and liaise directly with bankers
  • Help organise assessment centres; preparing material, sourcing assessors, briefing candidates prior to assessment centres and final round interviews
  • Schedule final round interviews with senior stakeholders and candidates
  • Manage initial onboarding of Candidates acting as a first point of contact for all candidates during recruitment processes and from offer to joining date coordinating with HR.
  • Support the coordination of internship and Industrial Placement programmes; including planning and managing social activities, liaising with bankers on training content, preparing and gathering delegate information, organising facilities and materials for training
  • Help to co-ordinate continuing education programme schedule, setting up training sessions overseeing logistics and event preparation
  • Prepare reports and pull people data on training

Key Skills:

  • Experience of full graduate recruitment cycles
  • Financial or Professional Services background would be beneficial
  • Confident communication style to engage with senior stakeholders and students
  • Ability to work at pace with strong organisational skills
