As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for owning the recruitment life cycle, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure the best talent for teams as they scale.

My client is a fast growing EdTech organisation with presence in over 35 countries worldwide.


  • Owning the recruitment life cycle from initial outreach to offer.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to build a deep understanding of the company culture and capabilities to source the best candidates for tech and commercial teams.
  • Providing a best-in-class candidate experience true to our values.
  • Applying diverse and inclusive hiring processes.
  • Using data to develop, share insight and recommend solutions to improve pipeline and solve challenges in partnership with the people team and hiring managers.
  • Collaborating with the talent team on employer branding and operational projects.
  • Be a culture ambassador, championing our values and making sure they're part of all recruitment activities.


  • Demonstrable recruitment experience in an agency background or a high-growth environment, with experience recruiting for technology or commercial teams.
  • You enjoy being a generalist and can work on roles from Tech to Sales to Finance
  • You know how to create structure from the ground up e.g. writing job descriptions, setting processes, helping to create meaningful and fair scorecards and assessments partnering with hiring teams and supporting the candidate experience
  • You continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to engage with passive candidates
  • Experience hiring internationally and/or having insights into the markets in APAC, US or India would be advantageous

Job Offer

Up to £285 a day

Hybrid/flexible/remote working - London one day a week

6-9 month contract
