12 month FTC opportunity for someone wanting to get into HR working within an Asset Management firm. Hybrid working available, based in London.

Asset Management firm based in London

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Recruitment support including scheduling of interviews, coordinating interview feedback and supporting managers on job description creation
  • Providing HR reports
  • Maintaining induction slides & hosting inductions
  • Providing support on various HR Projects such as Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development and Wellness initiatives
  • Provide HR support pertaining to scheduling of new joiner induction, and completing new hire requisition forms and updates on HR systems

Profile

Successful candidate:

  • Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy and completeness
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Great Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office & Outlook
