Recruitment Specialist

Your new company
Our Global Security client is recruiting a stand alone Recruitment Specialist to join their team of 85 permanent employees. The company is growing rapidly and due to expand their workforce by 70% over the next 12 months.

The company works on a remote basis, but you will be required to visit Kent for a team meet up once/twice a year.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Specialist you will responsible, but not limited to the following:

• Support the hiring process across the organisation
• Liaise a coordinator with hiring managers across ER, APAC, Latam and Africa to meet recruitment needs
• Manager LinkedIn Recruiter job postings/CV Reviews/Candidate interview process
• Be the first point of contact for all candidates
• Help manage employment contract/onboarding process

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have 2-3 years experience as an inhouse recruiter. You will ideally be able to start immediately of be on a notice period of 1 month or less.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £30,000-£40,000.
