The Senior Learning and Development Coordinator will work as part of the global L&D Operations team which provides business skills, personal, leadership and management development courses and programmes to both internal and external clients and partners.

The Senior Learning and Development Coordinator will be based in Newcastle and will report to the Newcastle-based L&D Operations Team Leader.

My client is a leading Professional Services, who operate on an international level.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the wider L&D team to ensure the successful execution and delivery of all L&D programmes
  • Provide the L&D Leadership team and L&D Managers with in-session support on training delivery (in-person, hybrid and virtual)
  • Administer psychometric assessments and produce assessment reports
  • Maintain accurate electronic records for all delegates
  • Log and record client training sessions, internal training sessions and produce reports as required
  • Work alongside the L&D Leadership team and L&D Managers to produce training materials
  • Work with an external document specialist and ensure materials are logged, scanned and saved in the document management system
  • Ensure global L&D materials are sent out to regional leaders
  • Occasional travel to the London office for on-the-day coordination of L&D programmes
  • Maintain accurate and consistent communication for all virtual training programmes, including liaising with L&D Managers, PAs and Project Support teams
  • Coordinate the end-to-end organisation of all internal and external training for clients
  • Ensure that all relevant L&D systems and processes are updated
  • Ensure that all L&D records are accurately maintained
  • Organise and lead post-course review meetings to discuss feedback with the Leadership Team

Profile

  • Previous experience in a L&D role or within a L&D team
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail - always striving for high quality and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Experience and working knowledge of Learning and Development
  • Experience of working on LMS systems and applying best practice
  • Strong Project Management experience

Job Offer

  • £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
