Job Details
We are seeking an exceptional HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in a varied role, providing generalist operational support and HR administration to the HR, Recruitment, and wider People team.
Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, the primary focus of the role will be to provide an efficient administrative service and support the delivery of HR activities across the business.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the HR team to ensure a high level of HR service is delivered
- Support the HR Advisor and Senior Advisors in the planning and execution of all HR activity
- Work closely with members of the HR team to establish workload priorities and accommodate changing business demands
- Provide administrative assistance and support surrounding HR and people-related activities
- Be the first point of contact for the HR team and respond to all HR queries from both employees and managers
- Support the HR team in administering key people systems
- Support the development of Group-wide HR People strategies and projects
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to provide wider administration support as required
- Ensure that all administration is completed in a timely fashion
- Manage the HR mailbox, passing on any queries to other members of the team
- Liaise with wider Group support functions as required on behalf of the HR team, including Payroll, Finance and Recruitment
- Manage all Employee Relations Administration, including documenting probationary reviews, processing contract amendments, and leavers paperwork
- Ensure the HR system is maintained and kept up-to-date at all times
- Manage all Recruitment Administration, including drafting and issuing contracts of employment, coordinating right to work checks, references, and DBS/Disclosure checks
- Support with team projects
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to support within incoming communications and visitors to HR
Profile
- Previous experience as an administrator within a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Previous HR administration is preferred, ideally within a busy HR department
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, team environment
- Impeccable attention to detail - accuracy is essential
- Highly responsive with exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure
- Collaborative and team orientated
- Passion for delivering excellence
- High level of IT literacy
