Our client is a public sector organisation that is looking for a HR Retention Project Officer for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to lead the project that will feed into the development of organisation's Retention and Attraction Strategy. You will come in, plan, design and deliver a retention project. You will generate themed learning insights and solutions on reducing the number of leavers and develop a research programme to undertake proactive discussions in a form of one-to-one feedback interviews. You will engage with key stakeholders and undertake a full review to understand reasons for voluntary leavers and proposed next steps.

The Project will allow:

-Create a workable 8-month research programme
-Develop a series of tools and interventions
-Contribute to an engagement plan from the learning lessons and communicate an agreed procedure document

You will need the following experience:

-Previous experience of managing and leading on HR projects
-Previous experience working on retention would be beneficial -Experience of engaging and building relationships with stakeholders -Strong technical skills - Powerpoint, Excel (very data driven)
-Strong analytical skills
-Good presentation skills
