This Senior HR Systems Analyst will report directly into the HR Systems Manager and will provide support to all internal customers on a number of HR Systems, delivering regular and adhoc reports to the business and HR team. The role will also support key HR processes and projects throughout the year.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support on all HR systems, including trouble shooting and escalating issues to IT where appropriate
  • Manage the organisation, job and data architectures, icluding work patterns, locations, absences, etc
  • Cover the HRIS team inbox during periods of absence and provide support on queries or data requests
  • Create and manage security profiles for HRIS users
  • Provide technical support, training and guidance
  • Ensure all training guides are kept up to date
  • Carry out regular data quality checks, proactively working with the HR team to resolve data quality issues
  • Produce and distribute regular SAP reports
  • Produce quarterly dashboards for diversity and people data
  • Administer appraisal processes
  • Coordinate annual engagement surveys
  • Administer salary reviews, talent reviews, promotions and seat moves

Profile

  • Advances Microsoft Excel skills including Vlookups, pivot tables and creation of charts
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload under pressure
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of supporting a core HRIS
  • Experience with MI data reporting tools
  • Experience of producing HR metrics
