Job Details
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an interim HRBP at this diverse international financial services organisation. Working with a team of friendly and professional people, you will be acting as a trusted advisor and provide support and guidance across the employee lifecycle. This will include assisting with developing, implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures that supports with the development, attraction and retention of all employees.
Hybrid working
Salary: paying £60000 to £70000
Accountabilities
- Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, providing coaching, advise and solutions on all people related matters
- Assisting with the other HRBP's with a Workday implementation project
- Responsible for dealing with complex ER cases across a variety of areas including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and redundancies
- Supporting managers with Talent Management and development
- Supporting with any change management processes
Skills and Experience
- You must have previous HR Business Partner experience gained within Financial Services, Professional Services or an international commercial organisation
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under their own initiative
- Understanding of both strategic and operational objectives
- Excellent organisation, problem solving and project management skills
