Your new role As a permanent Recruitment Advisor / Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be part of an HR team, responsible for the recruitment attraction, selection and offer management for drivers, warehouse and clerical roles, liaising with line managers to identify their recruitment needs, creating job adverts and sourcing on job boards, linked in, Facebook and twitter to source for talent, screening CV's, organising assessment centre's, briefing candidates and managing offers.
What you'll need to succeed You must have experience as either a recruitment co-ordinator looking to step up to a Resourcing Advisor or experience as an In-House Resourcing Advisor, candidates from a Recruitment Consultant background will also be welcomed.
